Enrollment Process

Applying for or renewing coverage with the Washington JUA is a straightforward process. We offer step-by-step guidance to ensure your application is complete and your coverage is uninterrupted.

Complete the Application

Download the application form for:

Include all required attachments (e.g., NRP card, details of any prior claims)

Submit Application

Email your completed application and supporting documents to

Await Confirmation

You will receive an email with next steps, including payment authorization, once your application has been reviewed.

Renewal Process

All JUA policies are written on an annual basis and must be renewed by January 1 every year.

  1. Renewal reminders are sent approximately 90 days before the policy expiration date.
  2. Complete the renewal form and submit it to the JUA Program Administrator at least 15 days before your current policy expires to avoid a lapse in coverage.
  3. Authorize payment for your premiums.
